The price is per night and per accomodation! Included in the price: expenses and taxes. Linens and towels for each guest. Final cleaning. Internet Wi -Fi. Baby cots and highchairs (on request). Parking place in the garage (on request). Turistic information. Excluded: extra bed (20,00 euro/week). According to season: air conditioning and heating (pay on consumption). In the apartment with fireplace: the wood is provided only on demand. On arrival we ask you a security deposit of 100,00 euros, given back on the check out, after the payment of any extra costs (phone, additional cleaning..). To confirm your reservation we’ll ask you a deposit (approximately 20% of the total cost); the final balance can be paid on arrival (with cheque or cash, no credit card, sorry).
