This apartment is ideal for families or small groups, or for anyone who loves comfort and open spaces. It hosts up to 8 people in an area of 180 square meters.
It occupies the entire ground floor of the house and it has a beautiful garden (where we see a glimpse of the lake).
With a married bedroom and two double bedrooms (married on request). Two bathrooms, both with wc, bidet, double basin, one with shower and the other with bath and shower.
Large and equipped kitchen (table for 8-10 people), bright living room with married sofa bed and fireplace.
Each room has direct access to the garden!
The garden (private!) Is equipped with umbrella, chairs and tables, sun-beds and barbeque!
