A small family residence in Bellagio .... that true! The only "Perla del Lario"!

We offer our guests apartments treated and welcoming, in the hamlet of San Giovanni, a small fishing village to 1.5 kilometers from the city centre.
The crotto enjoys a privileged position, you can easily reach the center for diving in the life of Bellagio between stores and shops, including bars and restaurants ....
Or relax in the garden away from the confusion of the centre.

Our apartments are in a sunny and calm area, just few metres from the lake and from the free beach, from the harbour, from the park and the Naval Museum.
In less than 5 minutes (on foot!) Can be reached: the grocery shop, and the restaurant Mella, where you can enjoy fresh fish lake. In addition: the bus stop, and, in the summer time also the boat and the turistic train stop.
We look forward to welcoming our guests and to be available during the entire stay.

- provide, where possible, assistance (free) in organizing travel to / from airports, stations and other cities ...

- also for journeys with several destinations in italy we can show structures within conventions: booking in one of our structures and you can have discounts in other places of interest such as Tuscany, Lake Maggiore, Lake Garda, Rome, Venice ...

- now you can also ask the organization of special events: weddings, dinners, tours, birthday or anniversary parties. Even at high levels (there will contact our agency specialized!)

The old town of Bellagio is reached in less than 5 minutes by car. Or by bus or, in summer, by boat or train tourist
On foot you can take a pleasant walk from San Giovanni, continuing on the main street, reaching the small harbour of Loppia, from here you can cross the beautiful garden of Villa Melzi which will take you directly in the center! (The gardens of Villa Melzi are open to the public from Easter to October).
